It's Going To Be A White Christmas in Detroit

Hello Sarah Fans!

It is with great pleasure that I announce that Sarah has been cast in the Detroit production of Irving Berlin's White Christmas. She will be playing the role of Susan Waverly.

Rehearsals start later this week in NYC and the show opens on Nov. 21st at Detroit's Fox Theater.

Sarah, her Mom and I just got back from the Marquis Theater where Sarah had her costume fitting done. (It's the same production in Broadway and Detroit) so the fittings, and possibly some of the rehearsals may be done together with both Broadway and Detroit casts.

Sarah is looking forward to the show and working with an incredible cast and crew!

Let the fun begin!

On another note, Keaton, one of the kids from the Seatlle "Whistle" Ensemble was visiting NYC with her mom and we met for lunch at "Planet Hollywood." Sarah's mom has always had nice things to say about them, and I agree 100%. I am still amazed at how many wonderful people Sarah and her mom had the oppoturnity to meet during the "Whistle Tour", and how many of them have turned into long term friendships.

By the way, if you ever find yourself at "Planet Hollywood" in NYC try the Cobb salad =)

  1. Just saw Sarah at the Fox Theater and she was WONDERFUL. I did not expect the changes in the story and was delighted to see that they ahd aged Susan down and gave her a bigger part. I hope Sarah is enjoying her stay in MIchigan.
